Kim looks at every project in a unique way, she likes to step back and view the project from the "balcony". This allows her to see the big picture, observe how things have been done and perhaps can be done better, while also taking time to notice the smaller details that are often missed and lead to unforeseen costly challenges down the line.

The core values that she holds close to her self are echoed throughout the consultancy. Kim prides herself on maintaining a high level of Transparency, Authenticity, Innovation, Exploration and Empathy.

Kim is a Registered Professional Geologist (RPGeo) in the field of Mineral Exploration, with the Australian Institute Of Geoscientists, a member of the Society Of Economic Geologists and the Sydney Mineral Exploration Discussion Group.

Currently, she is working towards her Masters Of Economic Geology degree at CODES in Hobart. Her thesis project is on the "Geochemistry and Geochronology of Lithium Bearing Pegmatites in the Bynoe Pegmatite Field, Northern Territory, Australia"
